Domiserve (a subsidiary of La Banque Postale) manages the entire customer journey for home services, from financing to provider matching. The core of their operation relies on a complex internal management platform used by employees to process requests. As a Product Designer, the challenge was to overhaul this internal tool to align it with the specific business needs of different departments. The goal was to transform a dense, legacy system into an optimized workstation that maximizes operational efficiency and reduces the cognitive load for the staff.

My contribution
Working on this internal platform, I led an extensive UX research phase to map out the intricate workflows of Domiserve’s employees, ensuring every design decision was rooted in operational reality. My intervention began with a comprehensive UX audit and user interviews to identify specific pain points and bottlenecks within their daily management tasks. I then translated these complex business requirements into intuitive user journeys, prioritizing clarity and data density to support the high stakes environment of the field. Through an iterative process, I developed detailed wireframes and high fidelity mockups to refine the new information architecture. Finally, I created interactive prototypes to simulate real world management scenarios, allowing for rapid validation from internal stakeholders before the final handoff to the development team.
