The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) is a body of the European Union that drives innovation across Europe by integrating education, research, and business to tackle global challenges. They support entrepreneurial education, innovation projects, and business creation, enhancing Europe's competitiveness and innovation capacity.
In collaboration with Edunao, a firm specializing in developing educational platforms, we embarked on creating a new learning platform utilizing Moodle technology for the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT).
My contribution
As a Product Designer working with Edunao, I led the UX and UI design for a new EIT learning platform powered by Moodle technology. My role was to transform the European Union’s complex educational requirements into a cohesive digital experience. I focused on creating an intuitive interface that facilitates innovation and entrepreneurship for a diverse European audience. By balancing Moodle’s technical constraints with modern design standards, I ensured the platform was both highly functional and visually aligned with the EIT’s mission to drive excellence in education and research.

Process
The project followed a structured four stage methodology to ensure a user centric outcome. I began with a strategic kickoff to align on the project's vision and target audience, followed by an in depth UX evaluation to pinpoint essential user requirements. This research informed the creation of initial wireframes, where I explored various design possibilities and information architectures. The process concluded with the development of responsive mockups, ensuring a seamless and high quality learning experience across all devices.
