Zespa store
In a footwear store, furniture has to express the brand while disappearing behind the product. For Zespa, Naço developed a restrained retail environment built around custom display and seating elements. Working with the art director, I designed and technically developed the furniture collection from early concepts through 3D, manufacturing drawings and on-site installation.

Translate brand values into spatial rules
With the art director, we defined a restrained language based on quality and precise detail. I translated those principles into controlled proportions and a limited furniture vocabulary that created a calm frame for the shoes.
Design a coherent family
I developed displays, storage and seating as one system. Shared alignments and construction logic connected pieces with different functions across the store.
Resolve the design for manufacture
I used 3D models and renderings to test scale and communicate the concept, then produced the detailed drawings needed to resolve assemblies, dimensions and production constraints with fabricators.
Protect the concept during installation
I supervised the installation and worked with the wider team to adjust the furniture to real architectural conditions without losing the intended relationships and finish.
Outcome
The project resulted in a completed retail environment and a bespoke furniture family carried from concept through manufacture and installation.
There is no sales metric attached to the case study. Its value is the continuity of the design work: a brand idea translated into spatial principles, technically resolved objects and a built customer experience.
