Festival Uniques 2025
A national festival is not a single event page. UNIQUES 2025 brought together activities across France and needed a platform that could make a dense, changing programme understandable to visitors and manageable by its team. Working with another designer, I designed the interface and built the Webflow CMS, connecting event discovery, practical information and registration paths within one coherent system.

Start with the content model
We mapped the relationships between events, dates, locations, themes and contributors. I translated that shared map into the CMS structure that would support both the public programme and the team’s publishing workflow.
Make a large programme easy to scan
I designed cards, metadata rules and filters so visitors could understand what was happening, where and when without opening every event. We reviewed the system together against real programme variations rather than idealised examples.
Separate discovery from registration
We decided not to force every activity into one rigid booking model. I kept browsing lightweight and gave each event a clear route towards its relevant registration flow.
Build for continuous updates
I turned the interface into reusable Webflow components, optional fields and connected CMS collections so the festival team could update the programme without rebuilding pages. We then tested the densest schedules across screen sizes.
Outcome
The platform launched for the 2025 edition and gave the team a central system for publishing a distributed programme.
The festival’s current website reports that the 2025 edition brought together 25,000 participants, 100 immersive activities and three days of mobilisation. Those figures describe the event, not a causal impact of the website; they establish the real scale the platform supported.
It demonstrates my ability to move from information architecture to interface and working CMS, while giving a non-technical team control of a complex, fast-changing service.
