EIT
The EIT brings together education from multiple innovation communities, but learners still need one clear way into that ecosystem. Working with Edunao, our team designed a Moodle-based learning experience that could accommodate varied subjects and audiences without feeling fragmented. My role was to shape the information hierarchy, user journeys and responsive interface while staying grounded in what the platform could realistically support.

Unify the experience without flattening the content
The platform needed to bring different learning offers under one recognisable system. We established shared navigation and page patterns while leaving enough flexibility for each course and EIT community to retain its context.
Design the hierarchy before the interface
I translated programme requirements into learner journeys and wireframes, clarifying how users move from discovery to course content. This made the structure testable before visual decisions became expensive to change.
Work with Moodle, not around it
Rather than propose an idealised product disconnected from implementation, we designed around Moodle’s content model and reusable patterns. Customisation was focused on the moments where it improved comprehension, orientation and the EIT identity.
Build one responsive language
The final mockups and components defined consistent behaviour across screen sizes and gave design, client and engineering teams a common reference.
Outcome
The project delivered a responsive UX/UI foundation for the learning platform: shared journeys, a coherent information hierarchy and implementation-ready interface patterns.
The wider EIT Campus launched in 2023 as a central entry point designed to host more than 250 courses. That scale is not presented as the result of my work; it shows the complexity the design system had to be ready to support.
This project demonstrates how I design inside an existing technical ecosystem: clarify the underlying model first, then choose deliberately where customisation creates real value for learners.
